Geoffrey began working with wine in 2007 at a small wine bar in his home state of Georgia. His path to Potomac has seen him working behind more “vino-centric” bars in both North Carolina and D.C., with intermittent stints in the vineards of Monsant and Rioja. A self-proclaimed “Ibero-phile”, Geoffrey is more than happy to show you “proper” Porron-ing techniques while waxing poetic about the brilliance of Sherry. He is a Certified Sommelier and has passed his WSET Level III with Merit.
